How does it work?
Submit Your Property Details: Share your land information through our secure form. This allows us to conduct a professional review to see if your property meets the current development criteria of our builder network.
Professional Outreach: If your property is a potential match, we will reach out to you directly, via call, text, or a brief video consultation - to discuss your goals and share how we can help you achieve them.
Review Your Net Offer: Once we have confirmed the builders interest, we will present you with a clear, net offer for your property. This figure represents the total amount you will receive at closing, inclusive of all acquisition costs and fees. If the offer meets your goals, we simply sign an agreement to move forward and we handle the rest of the process until the sale is complete.
